A guest's girlfriend told the crew he was ready for a challenge, so he ordered the giant pancake. It comes off the griddle wider than the plate.

The diner posted two photos. In the first he holds it up, confident. In the second he takes a bite and looks less sure. The caption joked that it was hard to tell who was going to eat whom.
The post ended with a warning for the next challenger: "never underestimate a diner pancake." If you're not sure, start with one.
