Hi — I’m Adam, and this is my diner.
When I first started working in this diner, I never imagined it would become my passion. What began as a job turned into something much bigger — a place where regulars become family, where we celebrate birthdays with the whole room, and where the coffee’s always on for whoever walks in.
We’re nothing fancy. The pancakes are giant. The burgers are smashed on the grill. The eggs are however you want them.
Come hungry. Stay a while.
