If you walk by the diner around 6:30 AM, you can probably smell it before you see it. We take our bacon very seriously around here.

Moment from the diner

Every morning, we lay out row after row of thick-cut bacon on the griddle. The trick isn't in a secret seasoning—it's in the heat and the timing. You want that perfect balance of crispy and tender that only comes from a seasoned diner grill.

"At the end of the day, a diner isn't just about the food — it's about the people on the stools next to you."

Adam

It's the soundtrack of my morning: the sizzle of the bacon, the clinking of coffee mugs, and the first few regulars walking through the door. It's a simple thing, but getting the bacon just right is how we start every plate off on the right foot.
