Hi — Adam here. People often ask why I haven't changed the sign or updated the look of the place in years. To me, this red and white facade is more than just a building—it's a landmark of home.
Moment from the diner
Walking up to these doors at 5 AM every morning, I'm reminded of all the years we've spent on St. Francois Street. This building has seen thousands of sunrise breakfasts, countless birthday songs, and more cups of coffee than I can count. It's a place where you always know what to expect: a warm welcome, a hot plate, and a friendly face.
